Our new Home & Business Delivery service makes it easier than ever to get the feed, farm supplies, pet essentials, and everyday products you need - without making a trip to the store. Whether you're stocking up for the farm, caring for your animals, or tackling a project around the house, we've got you covered with convenient delivery straight to your home or business. Shop local, save time, and let us do the driving!
Same-Day Delivery
Delivery orders placed by 12:00pm are eligible for same-day delivery within a 5-mile radius of our West Plains store, weather permitting.
Orders After Noon
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be delivered the following day, weather permitting.
Delivery Beyond 5 Miles
Deliveries outside the 5-mile radius are subject to a freight surcharge, and same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Delivery Hours
Normal delivery hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Delivery Fees
Free delivery is typically available on qualifying orders of $50.00 or more.
Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5.00 delivery fee.
Home Delivery Orders
Orders may be placed by phone or online. Online orders selecting Home Delivery will be reviewed by a Hirsch employee, who may contact you to verify delivery details. Any applicable delivery fees will be added before final invoicing.
Scheduled Delivery
Eligible items may be scheduled for delivery on a day that is convenient for the customer, weather permitting.
Prepayment
All delivery orders must be prepaid.
No One Home
When placing your order, please let us know where your items should be left if no one will be home to receive it.
Oversized Items
Additional freight charges may apply to oversized items, such as railroad ties or pallets of feed.
Express Delivery
Need it sooner? Express delivery is available for an additional $10.00 for deliveries within 2-4 hours or $15.00 for deliveries within 2 hours.
